No Response to repair request
In November 2014 I purchased a Vodacom Tab. In October 2015 I experienced a problem where the screen would not switch on, due to lack of time I was able to take the device in to the Tygervalley repair center in December 2015 ( I thought that the product had a 2 year warranty) During the time of repair I received no communication from the repair center, their excuse is that they were sending sms to the sim linked to the broken Tab even though I gave them my cell phone number. When I collected the Tab in January 2016, I was advised that the unit was \beyond economic repair\" and that No repair would be done. After email and enquiring from my side, I was advised that the Warranty had expired in November. It was very disappointing, considering that we only had the tab for 13 months. I received a letter from the Repair Centre (Verna Lingeveldt) who advised that there was water damage or physical damage hence no repair, No damage in my opinion. It seems as though the excuses have simply become long and varied as if they started grabbing at strings to get out of the situation. Very dissapointed"
