NO RESPONSE TO QUERY - 9 DAYS LATER

Still waiting for someone to assist me with my phone query i had and logged on the 26/10/15. I want to RETURN my phone. Why can i not do this??? Clearly VODACOM does not care about customer service. <br> 4 days after getting the phone i tried to return it as it does NOT work properly. To date i had no one respond or call to sort this out, today is 11 days. once the 14 days after purchase, then this will not be possible<br> <br> Pathetic service
