No response to queries
I recently sent 2 queries to Vodacom for which I have had no response at all. I want to know why, in an old built up area like Bromhof in Randburg it is impossible to get a cellphone signal. Both incoming and outgoing calls are simply impossible. I want a solution. It is pathetic, it's not like I'm living in the bush somewhere.
