No response to previous complaint on hello peter

I loaded a complaint on hello peter in October 2015. I had one missed call on my cellphone from what could have been vodacom's number but no further feedback. It is a bit disappointing that they are even ignoring the hello peter complaint. My original problem is with data bills and the fact I've requested them to change my contact to top-up in May 2014 which was never done
