No response to online order

I placed an online order on 17 April.got a confirmation email that the order is approved.but no email on delivery and no phone call from vodacom.called twice in the week to ask about order.must hold on for very long time.just to be told the order has not been released and they dont know when it will be.what???.got a call from confirmations on the 24th.as i actually work during the day i cant answer the call.i called after 5,just to be told confirmations are closed.they.will be back tuesday after the long weekend.so now i have to wait another 3 days.what a joke!!!
