No response to month old Vodacom issue

For the past month I have been phoning and emailing Vodacom in connection with a very strange problem I have been experiencing. I have had my current cell phone number for the past 11 years. Last month I started to receive calls from all over South Africa from people claiming that I phoned them and that they are simply returning my call. My number appears on their phone when reciving or missing an incoming call. I am still receiving calls daily. I spend hours phoning Vodacom customer service (111) 30% of my calls get cut off. 50 % of the times I get transfered from person to person and with each transfer I have to be verified and explain my issue all over again. The remainder of the times I end up speaking to a supervisor who escelates my query with a response that "They are still investigating the matter". I have not once, in the past month, had a single reply from them explaining what is happening or how they intend on fixing the problem. All of my emails also go unanswered. I really do not know how else to go about fixing the situation and I have become very frustrated at their blatant disregard.
