No response to devious service

I complained about vodacom a few days ago, they sold me an iphone4 falsely claiming that I wanted to upgrade to an iphone4 when I already had one. Vodacom didn't respond to my enquiry. They blatantly ignored my claim. The lady in the shop as well as the manager claimed that I was wrong and that I wanted an iphone4, even though I already have one. What kind of sense does it make to upgrade to the same phone? I remember saying that I want an iphone5. I have been treated disrespectfully. It goes to show you that vodacom has no integrity, rather pushing old phones and then fabricating lies about customers wanting it. Where is the common work ethic? I am an elderly lady and guess trusting people is a weakness. I expected them to be honest, but not once in the shop did she mention that she was handing me an iphone4. I trusted her and was under the impression that it was an iphone5 as we discussed a few days prior. My husband was there with me and even he was surprised at how they handled my claim - telling me that I'm lying about the iphone5. She said that I ****! The manager was just as hopeless, no business skills, accusing me as well. I am utterly disgusted, but now I know. No trust.
