No response to application

I app**** for a data contract on 19 September 2015. The reference number of the form I filled in is ICA***. I produced my passport, permit, contract and proof of address. <br> <br> I logged a complaint earlier this week and was told that Alberton has no record of my application. I asked them to give me the manager's details and today have still not had a response.<br> <br> This is pathetic. My partner had the same issue with this store with applications mysteriously vanishing.
