No response since yesterday

<p>So Cassandra Bagus sent me an sms yesterday stating that my dispute is being investigated and guess what????? Today when i call in Mfaza says that no service request was loaded so without a service request how the eff is my dispute being investigated everymonth my bladdy data gets taken and i have to write on hello peter because why???? I was my data back in my previous complaint i attached a screenshot showing how much data was used and 4.89GBs in 10days used how the ****!!!!
