No response or feedback, no care for customer service

Vodacom has no regard for customers at all, you would think after supporting them for years they would have some sort of decency to get back to clients or let a client know what's going on. Worst service ever, placed an online order and have not heard from anyone yet to confirm my order. I called them for 3 days straight and keep getting the same answer....... RIDICULOUS!!!NO SENSE OF URGENCY, BECAUSE CLIENTS NEED THEM..... THEY DON'T NEED US
