NO RESPONSE ON UNAUTHORISED CONTRACT AND FUNDS TOOK FROM MY ACCOUNT

This is the fourth and still no contact made. The last response from Vodacom was that HELLO PETER IS SITTING WITH THE COMPLAINT.! They refuse to close the contract i did not sign for and refund the money they took out of my account
