No response on Stock available

After logging hello Peter complaint got a call from Vodacom customer service advising me that she is busy finding out about iphone stock availability

2days later no calls as yet!!!

Vodacom Still not a single Call Received for Online request Ref no O045JG logged on 13.12.2017 This is worst Online experience i've had!!! Even after logging 1st complaint & was contacted by Customer Service Person "Shad" & was promised she will follow up with me on stock in Warehouse, still nothing.
