NO RESPONSE ON HELLO PETER REPORTS.

How pathetic is this!!!??? Vodacom doesn't even follow up on their Hello Peter Reports!!! <br> Wow! Now that goes to show the useless considerate service they provide.<br> <br> Your customer service desk is useless, your accounts department is useless...why do you still have customers? As soon as I find out if my new service provider will buy over my contract, I'm gone. I've had it with this incompetence!!!! Maybe if you start employing more educated and competent personnel, things will go better...but in the end, an employee is the direct reflection of the employer...
