NO RESPONSE NO SOLUTION

Good Morning

I am writing this email as phoning and getting empty promises within Vodacom seems to be the standard of the service you provide your clients.

What is my problem . 1. I want proof where I renewed my contract – *** according to you sales, after sales and cancellation sections this was done in June 2020 – PROOF PLEASE 2. ***, I received a call in Nov, offering me this contract as my ****le (above number) was on a month to month. They also sold to me that I could get 20 gig for the similar price and of cause I can transfer data (not mentioning the cost in transferring data), as this was replacing the above number I even destroyed the sim card belonging to *** (why keep it as I was told the new one replaces the old one)

What do I want 1. One contract needs to be cancelled and I wont pay any penalty fee. I really don’t care which one.

Why am I frustrated and sending the email and not calling your call centre.

1. 7 Dec 2020 - spoke to Yolanda at one of your call centres, told her the who situation and she promised 3-5 days to get back to me and I am still waiting. 2. 11 Jan 2021 – spoke to Ayanda great on the phone assured me to get back to me even said call him on *** and will get back to me, I am still waiting. 3. 15 January 2021 – Escalated to “team leader” Nomi now she says she is in aftersales claims the above two people don’t work in the department and will for sure get back to be nolater than 21 Jan 2021, well 25th January 2021 I AM STILL WIATING.

I want this matter sorted as I am sick and tired of 1. Paying for contracts when I am only supposed to have 3 2. Calling and repeating myself and spending an hour on the phone 3. Empty promises and no resolution to this matter

I trust sending it in writing will get a response but not only a response a solution in fixing this and actually getting it fix.

Thank you

Kim Roberts ***
