NO RESPONSE- NO SERVICE

No feedback response at all- I went to the Vodacom shop in Key West during December 2025. Contract was discussed with agent - advised that contract can not be amended - apparently due for upgrade since 2022. Advised that we can cancel the contract by contact 082135. Did the process -robot message - advised contract cancelled . 9 Jan 2026 e-mail send - no response at all. I want the contract cancelled to go over to prepaid and keep my current number !!!
