No response in 14 days after feedback from Vodacom

Today is day 16 after my fianc? ,upgraded her data contract and was supposed to get a laptop within 5 days.<br> The manager only started the investigation after the 7th day because they are waiting for stock of the laptop.<br> After various attempts to contact the manager and franchise owner , we were promised that they will buy out the laptop from another store to keep by the agreement and contract we had.<br> Up to 17h00 this afternoon , we have not been satisfied and have no idea when we can expect the laptop. <br> Add a new Vodacom Report Inappropriate report?
