No response from Vodacomand Finrite

Dear Vodacom I logged a complaint via customer care on the 1st of February 2019 regarding unauthorised cellphone insurance. Customer care referred me to another department and said department referred me to Finrite. Now with that said, Vodacom is my network provider, thus Vodacom needs to resolve the issue, not a third party. Nonetheless, I made contact with Finrite, advising them that I never agreed to cellphone insurance as the sim card is in a router which I purchased cash. The agent sent a mail advising that the insurance has been cancelled and left things at that. I paid for insurance I did not agree to thus the account must be refunded, correct? Since February 2019, the only response I receive from Finrite is that they are trying to trace the call made where I agreed to take the insurance. I dont know how many times I have to explain to them that there was no call as the sim has been in a router for over a year. I didnt receive a reference number, therefore I cannot provide you with one. Issue number 2. There is a refund due on my cellphone account. I contacted your accounts department on ********** and the agent advised that I need to mail proof payment to your pop email address, which I did on the 2nd of April. I called again on the 3rd of April and explained the issue to another agent, and she advised that no action has been taken but she can see that my account is in credit, and in order for you to refund me, I need to provide my bank statement which must be sent to the pop email account as well. TO DATE, I have not heard a single word from Vodacom. This is now really pathetic. If my account is in arrears, then I receive 2 phone calls a day from Vodacom for payment arrangements as well as sms', now that the tables has turned, Vodacom has become a ghost town.

I need this sorted out sooner than later. I dont want to deal with Finrite because they just dont give a hoot. Ive seen so many customer complaints on your social media platforms with regards to their lack of service, why do you still utilise their services.
