No response from Vodacom on customer complaints

I have logged complaints with Vodacom repeatedly since 8 January 2024. no response from Vodacom. When I phoned I was told that they have a problem with their lines and should log a complaint via e-mail.

I am shocked in Vodacoms communication in which they send me back to the store to adress a ***** claim I made against them. this should be dealt with a mediator at the least. I do not feel safe in how this was handled. I feel that i am vulnarable due to my adress being known by the sales consultant.
SHOCKED SHOCKED SHOCKED!

Good day

The sales consultant made no recommendations and did not inform us of the Huawei trade issues. I cannot make a informed decision if I am not informed. The store manager admitted that the sales consultant should have asked me what phone I currently use and if it is a android phone inform me of the challenges moving over to Huawei. The customer can only make a decision if it is correctly informed. If the customer does not know about an issue, the customer cannot ask about it.

I did not agree that the phone should be sent in as an OBF with a fault. i protested that it will not be successful. Well I would not know cause the phones has never been use until now. However the phone was sent in with a client signature - neither me or my husband signed.

I returned the phones within 3 days.

No recommendation is not entirely correct... I asked which one has the larges memory and the answer was HUAWEI. But no further information was shared.
