No response from vodacom after putting contracts on my name

About a month ago I phoned the vodacom regional office in Bloemfontein telling tham I’m going to open a ***** case against them.I send them the affidavit and the tax invoice from a different person with my details on.I received an email saying some one of the Vodacom Swat team wil contact me.Still no one has contact me.From a big compony like vodacom that is phatetic customer service.Let see how long it takes now for any response
