No response from Vodacom

On the 16th March I posted an adverse report on this site re : problems with an LG G3 device on contract with Vodacom . The smartphone has been in for repairs on 4 or 5 occasions to Vodashop Lakeside Mall , Benoni , but is still faulty ( keeps rebooting )<br> Vodacom rep**** the very next day promising to contact me , they have still not done so !
