No response from Somerset West repair centre

On Monday, I took my 14 month old Samsung Galaxy phone into the repair centre as it was overheating, and depleting the battery within an hour. I received an sms on Tuesday stating that a cost of R488.46 was going to be charged. I rep**** to the sms asking to know why. No response. I called the contact number shortly after, ********** and left a voice mail. No response. Another message left this morning. Same result. This is the second Samsung Galaxy that I have had with the same problem. The first was repaired without cost at approximately 18 months old. Samsung SA website says that the warranty on this handset is 24 months.

And still nothing other than a computer-generated reply. Vodacom your service stinks. Having been your customer for more that 20 years, it looks like time for a change.
