No response for Cancellation of contract from Vodacom!
Good day I recently received a letter from subscriber collections that my account is going to be handed over to attorneys should i not pay the amount of R1161.72.
First of all i send communication via email for my contract to be cancelled on the 15th June 2020. Received no response. I emailed again on the 24th to ask for assisting in cancelling y contract still no feedback received. This is unacceptable as i have communicated in writing i followed the correct procedure.
Money was deducted from my account. This also need to be refunded due to me please as it is not my fault that my matter wasn't attended to
Iam really frustrated and would like this to be resolved as soon as possible please.

23 Apr 2021, 15:07The query is not resolved. I will refer it to my lawyer. Lance called me to explain that he could see that i have emailed them. What is so strange if he could see it then and call so quickly. Why couldn't it be done at that time when i sent an email twice. Also i check my emails.
1. I received a statement from Vodacom i forward that email. There was no details on that email of having to sent information before i can be helped.
2. Now when i sent the email the information was on my email that i sent and there was no message rep**** to my email.
3. I don't understand when he explains that i had to contact the cancellations department. Firstly i am a customer and the customer should be assisted. Internally they were suppose to give my query to the correct department for a consultant to call me.
Iam going to take this further, this query is not resolved.
