NO RESPONSE DATA QUERY

Really vodacom!!!!! You sent me an email on 27 June 2015 to which I responded immediately and then resent my response two days later but still no reply?? Both emails were read as I received a read receipt on both occasions so what's the excuse for you not getting back to me yet?
