no response AGAIN

This is the response I received about a complaint about Vodacom not returning my call and giving out my personal number which is now on a database and from which I receive spam sms's and calls daily..:<br> <br> Hello lfitz17,<br> <br> Thank you for the posting. <br> <br> The matter will be escalated to a consultant to investigate and assist.<br> <br> We apologise for any inconvenience caused.<br> <br> Kind regards<br> Vodacom Consumer Website Team<br> ---<br> I have received zero correspondence despite the assurance that someone would assist. Brilliant customer service AGAIN....if I dont hear back in next few days I am going to escalate this as high as I can and make sure whoever is ignoring me is fired<br>
