No response
I've been sending them e-mails to ***, but every time get an e-mail to resubmit my e-mail to the above e-mail address. I've been informing that that I'm unable to use their app as the "Digital ID" has already been used. My queries are falling on deaf ears!! What should I do to resolve this??

23 Nov 2020, 16:19They claim they tried contacting me, which is NOT true as I do not have any record of a call coming from them. If they did & could not get hold of me, then why did they not follow it up with an e-mail???!!! This is called going the extra mile for your client.

24 Nov 2020, 05:17The response from the above mentioned individual is pathetic!!! Their ATTENTIONTO DETAIL is so poor!!! I wouldn't have been sending them the millions of e-mails if I still need assistance!!!! They need to contact me via E-MAIL ONLY!!!
