No response

I have contacted vodacom numerous times with no feedback. I have a signal tower right next to my property... however it hardly works, and with load shedding it doesn't work at all. This is a sever hazard should there be an emergency as there is no way to contact anyone. There were guys working on the tower about a month ago, since then it's been a never ending problem. This is also costing my online business thousands in losses.
