No response.

Vodacom said weeks ago that someone will contact me in regards with my situation, I have been waiting and waiting for somebody from vodacom to assist me but nobody contacts me. I have never realised how badly vodacom treats their customers. I have been a vodacom customer for over 10 years and the service I'm getting is so bad that I'm willing to change networks where the staff are competent and will help you with any problems you have. I am really disappointed in the service vodacom has given me and would never recommend anyone else to support vodacon as they are very very sloppy in the doing their work. I do not know for how long I must wait for vodacom to get back to me and wonder if they will ever come back to me.
