<p>I have not had anyone contact me regarding my previous review and every time I contact vodacom call centre I receive no help at all from the rude call centre consultants. I need someone to contact me urgently as I want my 250MB back as it disappeared in 20 mintues after recharging. and no I did not use the data!</p>

Someone finally phoned me this morning. I was told I received feedback via SMS which I didn't. I have been called a **** by 3 of vodacoms employees.
