No response

<p>I have on 2 occasions ordered cell phones directly from the call centre and on both the phones broke within a month. Is vodacom sending refurbished phones to customers?? I have logged a query with Andile Fusi at Vodaworld midrand and am still waiting for a response. We think that because they are big we assume that they would have fair practice. I had to battle to get a new phone the first time. This is inconvenient and scary. I have logged a query for compensation and azm still waiting????</p>
