no resolution

My phone was ****** and i did a sim swop and then tried to download vodafone cloud which i was unsuccessful in doing. i then called the vodacom customer serive helpline and after speaking to like 6 people a supervisor managed to get the support team \Jason"to call me back. Jason merely advised me that there is nothing that he can do really??? is that how you resolve a query Vodacom??? totally disgusting"""
