No reply to numerous complaints and Hello Peter reviews...

After 2 Hello Peter complaints and numerous phone calls from my side no one from vodacom has called me regarding my R2000 take a lot gift voucher that I was suppose to recieve end of February... It is now almost September... Emote mobile tells Me vodacom has upgraded me to VIP complaint.... Well if this is VIP I don't want to be a normal client.... Please VODACOM!!! Assist me ASAP!! I dont know who to call anymore...
