No Reply from Vodacom or Huawei

<p>I wrote a review 3 weeks ago , stating how Vodacom disappointed me about not giving me my Woolworths voucher , I did everything they asked me to do on their response which was sending proof of purchase, competition code and imei number to their referred email . And I still haven't received any call or response within the 14 days period they said they would reply . </p>
