No repairs to Vodacom Tablet

Hi, I have purchased a Vodacom tablet 4 months ago, like a lot of phones and tablets it fell and the screen has cracked rendering the tablet in a condition where it can not be used at all. I went to a Vodacom repair centre to repair my tablet only to be told that Vodacom do not repair these tablets and also that there aren't any parts available for the tablet. If I was given this information before I purchased the tablet then I would have made a different choice. This is not a fair practice Vodacom should have advised consumers of this so that they can make better choices. I would like to be compensated for my loss.
