No repairs on my contract phone which is still under warranty

<p>I have a Samsung Note4 phone On contract (uChoose Flexi 500 with Vodacom and the phone is still under warranty. The phone has a faulty Charging point and doesn't want to charge the phone battery. So I took it to vodacare in du Toit street in Pretoria for repairs. They booked the phone in and to my surprise when I called in to check on the progress I want told vodacom will not be able to pay for the damages which amounted to more than R2000. I had to pay R57 to get my phone back because I wasn't allowing them to find it "yet they did a diagnosis on the phone ". On top of thatched took out my phone screenprotector nd didn't put it back. Now I am sitting here with a phone that is not working but still under warranty and I pay full amount every month to vodacom as a loyal customer. </p> <p>This phone had problem 3 months or less after I bought it...it started expanding /raising from the back because the battery a getting bigger and bigger everytime i charged the phone and took it in for repairs and vodacom only replaced the battery and instead of demanding a new phone I took that....and now theygiveme this!! I just can't take this one....No</p> <p>Even the stuff at Vodacare du Toit street in Pretoria are not friendly but I have not experienced this before.</p>
