NO repairing done

We sent my husbands iPhone 5s (brand new) away to have the speaker repaired - 4weeks ago. The consultant said that it would take 7-14working days to have his iphone fixed and ready for collection....I gave the Vodacom consultant my contact details, I received text messages to say that our job number was currently in the repair assessment centre etc. 3weeks went by and we still didn't receive his phone...he called them and they said its still in JHB for repairing... last week Friday, the receptionist called us to let us know that his phone was ready for collection.<br> <br> After driving from Ottery to Canal Walk, one of the consultants said that they did not repair his phone...and they have to send it back... We've been patient enough after being **** to - they said the phone was in progress for repairing when it hadn't been started on. So how do we put trust in a product like that. I got all the proof of notifications sent to me via sms.
