No regard or customer support to clients

Vodacom customer service is non existent I have contacted them multiple times and gone in store regarding my account and upgrading. My phone line was switched off on 22 December for no reason as I have called them since and the computer as well as the person I have spoken to have confirmed no arrears. Contacted again this morning, Upgraded my contract to be effective as of 1 Jan and still no line available. This after confirming on automatic service and by the person I spoke to that there is no arrears. Called again this afternoon to speak to them as still no line and now there is a problem with a June account.

Disputed this and why was I not informed of a problem? I have also not received any statements for what am I paying for, nor does anything reflect on my app? Got told there are protocols yet the customer clearly is not a priority. Nothing has been done regarding this matter!

Agreed to make a payment that has already been made and reflects on my banking statements for that month, yet Vodacom disagrees that it cannot be corrected as they think it’s more? How does the math and loading work? U State it is computer generated yet a person should still be in charge? How is this my error?? Makes no sense…. The contradictions are endless when trying to speak with anyone, when escalated no one bothers to attend to the problem. The customer is not being supported or cared for. Protocols and assistance in any form only goes their way and the customer is never right. The problem is not being dealt with and I am suffering the consequences for a mistake that is on Vodacom’s side.

They don’t deserve having clients and other service providers are being considered that provides more support and customer care the way it should be. Vodacom is all about the money but disregards the client.
