No regard for customers
I yook a contract for a laptop in April 2025 and returned it with the 14 days because it kept on freezing. Vodacom confirmed receipt of the returned laptop and ****le but up yo now despite the many times I have called they continue to deduct the money for that contract and their call centre is forever busy with call unanswered
