no regard for customer safety from Vodacom

Tried calling 082 112 emergency number last night, call was dropped numerous times. Called the customer support and apparently the issue cant be reported and if you have an emergency call 10177. The agent was completely clueless, as I said to her if someone died as it was actually an emergency what would have happened. Vodacom has never reported that their emergency service is not working or to use alternative numbers in case of an emergency.
