No refunds no replies and no Apology from Leading Leading cellular network.
When making eft payments to cancel a contract please select vodacom pty-ltd. Otherwise it will cost R313 to do a payment reversal. I wanted to cancel my contract due to lack of Good deals and services but it seems my nightmare goes on until 2021

04 Dec 2020, 14:13I also made purchases on the vodacom App but when trying to redeem them at merchandiser, it says already redeemed. Customer care and collections accounts and complaints cannot help they say the app people must help. I regret opening a contract with these people
