NO REFUNDS!
2 days ago i purchased a phone cover from the Vodacom 4U in Brooklyn mall, Pretoria. It was for my girlfriend for her birthday. Today i wanted to return the cover as my girlfriend purchased one for herself.
When i got to the counter i was informed that i was unable to get a refund, only an exchange for something of the same value. I was confused because under the Customer Protection Act I am allowed to return any purchase within 7 days for a full refund.
Very disappointed in the service received with regards to my issue. The manager informed me that the only way i could receive a refund is if the product was damaged and i could not return the product even though it was unopened. Definitely lost another customer
