Good Day, last year vodacom promised me a phone but the wrong phone was sent. i have communicated to Elite Mobile as i can not get through to vodacom accounts department without entering a valid vodacom number. on 19 march Thandeka Mnyakeni send me an email stating the funds will be refunded in 14 working days. IM STILL WAITING!!! i posted on this site already but under elite mobiles name. i want my money back as soon as possible . i received the following ref number from elite mobile EC-0W05-2O84N9. i need feedback !
