No refund or feedback from Vodacom for smar****ches purchased online

In July Vodacom had a promo on their Huawei smar****ches, I purchased 8 watches on 17th July, 4 for myself and 4 for my boyfriend. I received notifications that my order was cancelled and I did not receive my money back. I called the Vodacom support number and was told to email an email address of which I got no help, I am going in circles and no one can help me and this is highly frustrating as R900.00 is a lot of money to me!!! I received no product, just an sms saying item out of stock and I did not receive a refund! This is over a month now, wouldn’t recommend anyone to purchase from Vodacom online looks like they just want to **** you and take your money. Oh and with the **** act I full right not to share my ID number via email rather get a consultant to call me!!!
