No Refund, no replacement on accessories.

I bought earphones from the Golden Acre store on 6 Oct 2016, and was told no refunds, but they will replace it if it breaks within a year (one year guarantee).

That's fine, until it broke 5 months later and I have been struggling to get it replaced for the last 2 months.

No one calls me back, I have to go to that store every week. Nothing.

I feel if you selling items that breaks after 5 months, you should at least be able to replace it. Or give me my money back. R279 is not nothing.

I feel ******.

This complaint was handled very efficiently by Zak, from Customer Relations. He kept calling me to keep me updated on his progress. He informed me this morning that they had delivered a replacement pair to the store and I can go collect. Thank you, Zak. (Hopefully I spelled your name right)

Also, your store manager, Lovemore.....he is not at fault. The accessories dept (if there is such a thing) is. Everytime I went to that store, he says he's waiting...he's waiting..nothing he can do without feedback and available stock. Thank you, Lovemore...for putting up with this annoyed and sometimes angry customer.

Seems complaining on a public forum is what it takes to get communication amongst your various departments to actually happen. You should work on that.

One pieceo of **** exchanged for a different piece of ****. Seems you collect all the returned earphones and just reshuffle them to different stores.

In the middle of listening to music on "new" earphones...web page opens and awaits voice command. No command comes (obviously) then it switches back to music automatically. This continues sporadically until you remove these "new" earphones.

Plug in JBL earphones purchased elsewhere, NO problems.

Therefor, you exchanged your ****py earphones with differents sets of ****py earphones.

Nice.

Never buying from you again.
