No refund for more than a month!

After returning a faulty item I purchased, more than a month later I’m still waiting for my refund. Which they promise daily. Nobody is doing anything. I have contacted customer support already. Still nothing is done. Absolutely pathetic. Thinking of cancelling all my contracts with them.
