NO REFUND AVAILABLE FOR VODAPAY BP VOUCHER
As a star selection is required- my intended selection is ZERO stars.
Purchased a Vodapay BP R220 voucher on 05.03.2023 - cannot be successfully redeemed. Tobi assistance, a joke. Had over 4 interactions querying this with different Tobi referred agents. Advised to have petrol attendant call Payment24, unsuccessful. Vodapay agent 04.04.2023 ‘We do not do refunds on our side, however I can the Payment24 for them to assist you and contact you back with feedback.’ 24 hours later - nothing.
