no refund as yet and was promised i will get the money today, This is upsetting worst company TO DEAL WITH

I have laid a complaint before this is the second time , now when i try calling the call center it says that my number is blockt what type of business is this , i have requested for my money to be refunded and still it hasn't being refund i will have to take this up with the ombudsmen
