No refund and now account is blocked.

If I could make it 0 stars I would. I would not recommend vodacom to anyone. They ***** money on your contracts and then refuse to pay the money back. Making you account look in arrears. My account has been blocked now for the last week because vodacom and their staff are *********** to refund the money to the account. Is this the service we are paying for? Then why pay it in the first place.
