No refund! a whole month of lies from vodacom!

Today is the 30th of May , and I'm still waiting for my refund ..... I had laid a complaint on the 04 of May, A whole month has gone I still didn't get my refund from vodacom!!!!!! This company is such a waste off time . I got calls and emails reassuring me I was going to get my refund .. from 7 to 14 days ...it went to 3 to 5 working days last week I received an email and it's month end already. This is really discusting I would never recommend Vodacom to anyone they all are *********** people and full of lies !!!!!
