No Refund

Service request number S3-85178-8. I specifically instructed that the BIS payment which was deducted from my bank account be rightfully paid back to me. Why are you crediting my vodacom account? You wrongfully deducted money from my bank account for a service I did not sign up for nor have access to. You need to return that cash to my bank account with interest or I will be taking this to the NCC.
