No refund

I laid a complaint against vodacom on the 23rd of April 2015 and they called me same day to tell me they will refund me the money as airtime but even today iam still waiting for that airtime. I just lost any hope of trusting this company or its employees, it seems no one ever knows how to do their job the right way.
